Premium draping is an optional upgrade, separate from your booth rental. Floral styling and other decorative accessories are separate. We’ll confirm the footprint, height, and venue clearance with your planner.

Is a backdrop included with the booth?

Our standard stretch backdrop is included. The draped backdrops on this page are an optional premium upgrade at $395, separate from the booth rental.

Can you work with our planner or florist?

Absolutely. We can coordinate the palette, placement, floral details, and setup schedule with your event team.

What if we want to keep our event private?

Tell us before booking if your images, names, or event details cannot be used for promotion. We’ll provide a private-event quote and reflect the agreed restrictions in your contract.

What about venue insurance requirements?

A standard certificate of insurance is included. Send any additional insured, waiver of subrogation, or special venue requirements in advance so we can confirm availability and any additional cost.
